Cross-checking the gas nominations against the turbine runtime table is a good way to separate announced gigawatts from energized ones, and the gap you show on Colossus 2 is the kind of thing queue headlines hide. The same split shows up in market scoring: on DC Hub's Data Center Power Index (dchub.cloud), as of Oct 9, Atlanta scores 20.6 in the AVOID band while Oklahoma City scores 67.1 in BUILD. Do you expect regulators to start asking for evidence of energized load before approving the plants and wires built for it?
